Our winner was Isaac from Portland, and persistence paid off for him.  Isaac asked if those who hunt fish were included.  It seemed like a legitimate point so we expanded the contest to hunting or fishing licenses and Isaac won the draw.  We hope you enjoy your Xikar Xi case and Stratosphere lighter when you are out on your kayak.  The high visibility and attached lanyard should make it tougher for it to slip overboard.
